November Writing Updates, With E-Cards

someecards.com - Get back to writing, you fool! You're behind in your word count.

First, I wanted to call your attention to a new selection of e-cards I’m offering on this site. I’ve created these myself through the someecards website and I’ve geared them specifically to writers and poets. Note there’s a category just for NaNoWriMo! If you’re doing National Novel Writing Month or know someone who is, send a card to encourage, deride, nag, brag, or congratulate. Go here for the NaNoWriMo e-cards; e-card for poets are here and 1-2-3 Greetings is linked here.

Again, I’m not making any money from these. I simply offer them as a benefit to readers. You can send your chosen writing e-card through someecards.com when you click on the card, which is linked to the site.

Speaking of NaNoWriMo, my sister, Diamondqueen, has decided to participate in 2012. She announces her commitment to the 50,000-words-in-November ordeal in this post on her blog, The Warden’s Log. Her humorous take includes a photo of her husband, The Vulcan (previously referred to on this blog as That Poor Man), which proves he does exist.

Since this post I’ve learned that Poetic Asides is sponsoring the November PAD Chapbook Challenge for 2012. For complete information, check out the website.
